4-H Club/Project Charters DUE OCTOBER 15th

The deadline to return the completed Charter Renewal to the UW-Extension office is Monday, October 15, 2018

4-H Charters are very important for a 4-H Club, or chartered project, to have completed.  This process should not be taken lightly and should involve all members of the 4-H club.  It is a great opportunity to go over your clubs goals and to work as a team.  Below includes some helpful information for your club in completing the charter process.

  • Charter Renewal Document– This may be completed in paper format or electronically, then printed. I have emailed you a fillable version of this document so you can complete it quickly and easily on the computer if you choose.

  • How to Save a fillable PDF Form– In case you decide to complete the charter on the computer.

  • Audit Checklist – Please share this checklist with your club/group Treasurer and support them in finding one or two adults (not related to the Treasurer) to help with the annual audit of the club/group’s financial records.

  • Complete Charter Guide– The checklist should help you and your club/group to complete the Charter Renewal without missing any steps.
